Welcome to our monthly Death Cafe gatherings at Myco Cafe, the 1st Sunday of each month from 1-3pm. It's a space to discuss the one certainty of life - death, in a setting free of taboos. Join us for an evening of open, respectful conversations about death, life, and everything in between.
Our Death Cafe isn't about grief counseling or end-of-life planning; it's about sharing stories, beliefs, and questions in a supportive and intriguing environment. While savoring a special selection of drinks and delectable treats, engage in thought-provoking discussions that aim to bring clarity and a deeper appreciation of life.
Whether you're pondering the big questions or simply curious about different perspectives, Death Cafe at Myco Cafe offers a unique experience to explore the unexplored. Let's break the silence around death, one cup at a time.
These events are hosted by Hannah Koch and Adam Harvey, with occasional guest facilitators. September will be facilitated by Lori Beth Goldman, a private practice holistic psychotherapist who volunteers with Trail Winds Hospice in Boulder, CO.
Please arrive by 12:45pm to get settled in and grab a drink or a snack, if you desire :)
Please do not register unless you are sure about attending, as seats are limited and no-shows leave unfilled seats and prevent interested guests from being able to attend.
