Family & Systemic Constellations
Process Flow
If you’re interested in exploring a family or systemic constellation session as a focal client with Adam, here’s what the process flow generally looks like:
-
You can schedule a complementary, 30 minute conversation using this link or the button below.
We’ll chat about your intentions in this call, and we’ll also check in on your intentions at the start of the constellation. This call is also a good opportunity to ask questions around logistics or special considerations.
-
Payment is required upon booking, in advance of the session. This reserves your place in the schedule, and as the process begins when you commit (if not before). this is a signal that our work together has started and that I'm better able to support you when we're in the process together.
Use this link or the button below to pay for your session.
A group constellation is $350 USD per session. These are usually done in-person, and include planning & organizing a 3-3.5 hour group event (including reserving a venue if necessary) creating online event pages, and gathering representatives for your session. A group constellation also includes a 45-minute integration call after the session.
A 50% or more deposit will reserve the time, and allow us to start planning event logistics for group sessions. Payment plans can be possible upon request, and sliding scale discounts are available for those from outside of North America, UK, and Western Europe.
1:1 constellations are $225 per 90-minute session, and usually done over Zoom.
You can book a 1:1 Zoom session using this link or the button below.
Multi-session packages may be available for a discount, please inquire.
-
Be present with whatever comes up for you, in the time between exploring your constellation, and the session itself.
Similar to ceremonial work, as is often said, “the process starts when you commit.”
Insights, patterns, or discomfort related to what’s there for you to work through may come up, and it’s important to be with the feelings and experiences. Your dreams may be impacted, and can be valuable in this process.
-
To the best of your ability, move into your constellation session from a place of ease.
Plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early, and it’s best to not have other commitments scheduled directly before or after your session.
It’s beneficial to the process to create some extra attention and care for yourself (sleep, good food & water, activities that encourage presence) throughout this experience.
Group Sessions
If this is a group session, you may feel intuitively inspired to invite a few people or groups that you care about and that feel supportive for you. It’s not necessary to have anyone else that you know, present for your constellation - nobody needs to know your history, or family context. It is ok for friends and community to attend, if they have the capacity to be present for you in deep experiences.
-
Trust that the process is underway already, and that the Field is working with you, and whoever else is supposed to be there.
-
Reaching out for support is encouraged if needed or desired.
Especially in the days leading up to, and after a session. You have responsibility for your life, and this includes reaching and asking for support. If you often find it difficult to ask for help, consider this an opportunity to try.
Unless this is a special event, curated for an existing community with a pre-established meeting time (e.g. a Young President’s Organization forum meeting; a retreat you’re hosting, a birthday, etc) it’s not your responsibility to ensure attendance from representatives.
If you find it difficult to let go of control and think you need to fill the event yourself, be aware of that process in yourself and consider that it may be part of what you’re here to work through.
Integration
-
Constellations are soul-level work, and can sometimes bring intensity, for anyone involved - focal clients, representatives/resonators, and witnesses.
Water is particularly important in the integration process - this is a majority of your earthly vessel, after all - so drinking ample good quality water after the constellation is encouraged.
Consider if your body wants mineral and/or electrolyte supplementation. Showers or baths are a great idea, and epsom salt baths can be particularly supportive for your nervous system.
Get out in nature, if you can! Let your bare skin touch the Earth, the water, the trees, whatever is accessible to you. Even a few conscious moments outdoors is better than nothing - and if can go for a hike or a swim in nature, ever better.
Look for activities that encourage presence and emotional expression - dancing and meditation are both great, and journaling can be supportive, but focus on being in your body more than processing through the mind.
-
If you were a focal client, Adam will send you a link to schedule an integration call, included in your session cost.
Please use this link whenever it feels right - there is no expiration for an integration call.
If you were a representative or witness, and desire support, please send Adam a message, and/or schedule a complementary 30-min call.
-
Constellations change soul-level dynamics in the moment - and also may take months or years to fully integrate and unfold in your life. You may experience insights especially in the hours or days after the session, and it may be much longer for your body and your life to catch up to what you’ve experienced on a soul level.
There is always more work that can be done in the Field. Feel free to reach out if you feel called to consider another session, or if you feel intuitively that someone you know could benefit from this work.
