Awakening Ancestry guides you through the deep and often hidden dynamics in your life, your soul, and your family system. We go to these depths to access and amplify the love, consciousness, and resources within us, our soul, and our lineages.

Family & Systemic constellations give an opportunity for an external representation of the systems in our life, and through a somatic and embodied experience, allow us to work at a soul-level to find healing, balance, and more coherence in our experience of our time on the planet. Constellation work is especially beneficial for working with patterns that are beyond our conscious understanding, and in our intergenerational family system.

By working at a systemic level, and addressing the root causes of patterns, symptoms, and distress, we’re able to create more coherence with one’s lineage, and more aligned relationships with the systems you’re part of, including a connection and resourcing from one’s loving and resilient ancestors.

This process helps you remember your sacredness and innate divinity, and to come to your own awareness of the answers in your body and your soul.

As I was preparing for my father’s death, I became increasingly aware of unhealed wounds in my family system, and I felt pulled to do  some constellation work. I’ve been on a conscious healing journey for over 30 years, have worked in many modalities, and I have a deep respect and appreciation both for constellation work itself, and for Adam as a practitioner.

From the moment I made the decision, both the field and Adam were holding and working with me. I can say that though the process did not always feel comfortable as a lot was being brought up, Adam had my back from the very beginning in our intake call, though our integration call. There is a magic to the way that the “field” works, and Adam is adept at listening. I am a fiery being, and can move quickly, too quickly, sometimes, and Adam was great at reminding me to breathe and ground and fully land in the experience.

What was equally amazing was the healing that I found in my family when I went to visit them.
